How to report a clinic or data error
- Go to the page with the problem — a clinic detail page or a city page.
- Scroll to the feedback box at the bottom.
- Tap 👎 and tell us what's wrong (closed clinic, wrong number, moved location).
- Submit. You don't need an account or email address.
What happens after you send feedback
Every report lands in a queue we review. When someone flags a clinic or data error, we re-check that listing against the official HRSA Health Center Program data our site is built from. If the HRSA record has changed or the site is no longer active, we correct it on the next data refresh. Because our listings come from HRSA records rather than user submissions, this keeps the site accurate.
What we can't help with
We're an independent directory, not a clinic or government office, so we can't book appointments, answer medical questions, check whether you qualify for a specific service, or give medical advice. For any of that, find a clinic near you and call them directly — the staff can answer questions about services, eligibility, and the sliding-fee scale.
